Vapor Range Wholesale reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Ordering & Shipping Policies
All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Any transit time estimates offered to you by Vapor Range and other parties will serve only as an approximate date of arrival. We highly recommend that you order in a timely fashion as it may account for delays with shipping or product availability.

All orders will be processed 1 - 2 business days after your order has been placed. Orders will be processed in the order that they are received. Once processed, a finalized invoice will be sent dictating our available inventory allocation for your order as well as the total payment amount due. Customers have 4 business days to send payment for their invoice. If no payment has been sent or no attempt has been made to contact us us within 4 business days, the order will be cancelled, restocked and a $25 restocking fee will be applied to your next invoice. When the payment has been accepted and cleared, the order will be prepared for shipping.

If payment has cleared before 2:00 PM PST, order will shipped out the same day (if products aren't missing).
If payment has been cleared after 2:00 PM PST, order will shipped out the following day.
For payments sent after 2:00 PM PST on Thursday, order will be shipped out the following Monday.

Free shipping on orders over $3,000 (Domestic orders only. This does not apply to Guam and Puerto Rico)
Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $500 WITH coupon code "FREESHIP" (Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories)
Free shipping must meet the minimum requirement price, excluding pre-order items and out of stock items.

All orders within the contiguous United States will be shipped via UPS Ground. For international customers, packages will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited.
No expedited shipping, overnight shipping, or Saturday delivery options are available.
Please make sure that you are using a validated shipping address as we will not be held responsible for any undeliverable packages.

International Buyers Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight or shipping company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
-We will not state “gift” on the package unless it actually is a gift from us to you. We fill out custom forms accurately and truthfully, so please do not ask us to falsify information of any kind. We claim full value on our customs forms for insurance purposes.
-Knowing the prohibited and restricted items to your country is your responsibility as the Buyer. If you are unsure of what items are not allowed to be shipped to your country via UPS, please visit the following website.

Shipping Methods
Contiguous United States: UPS Ground and UPS 3 Day Select (3 business days)
International: UPS Express (5-7 business days)
Note: UPS does not deliver on weekends

Modifications of Placed Orders
Due to the high volume of modification requests, any changes or modifications to an order will require an additional 2 - 3 days for processing. Please make sure your initial order is correct to avoid any additional delays to your order.

In-Store Pick Up
Orders cannot be placed by walking in. Pick ups are only allowed after you have received your finalized invoice and by appointment only.

Minimum Order Quantities
All orders require a minimum purchase price of $300.00 USD. All pre-orders are exempt from this policy.

Pre-Ordered Items
No intial payment will be required for all pre-ordered items. A minimum purchase order of 5 pieces is required for all pre-ordered items.

Backordered Items
If an item that you selected is backordered, we will ship the rest of your order then follow up with you the next day to inform you of the partial shipment. You will always have the option of a store credit or refund for the backordered item. You may also choose to be informed when the item comes back in stock. If we are not able to reach you on the phone number you have provided then a store credit will automatically be issued to you.

Received the Incorrect Item/Order?
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us at (562) 445 8167 / (562) 445 8168. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and provide a photo of the incorrect item you received and e-mail it to Once we review the proof, we will contact you and send you the correct item. Understand, if we make a mistake on a shipment that we will pay for shipping back to our facility. We will send you a pre paid postage to your email to return your product that was shipped incorrectly. Once we receive the wrong item shipped we will ship the correct product to you. We can not send your product until we receive the wrong product. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SHIP ANY PRODUCT OUT BEFORE WE RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED. Unfortunately, we have been taken advantage of our leniency in returning products and it messes it up for all the great customers that we have at Vapor Range!

Missing an Item?
If you are missing an item from your order, please contact us at (562) 445 8167 / (562) 445 8168 or send an email to regarding the missing item the within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will make sure to send you the correct item once we are notified of the mistake and have reviewed the shipment.

Damaged Upon Arrival
If you receive an item that has been damaged upon arrival, please send a photo to, so we may review the case and contact you with a resolution. We must have visual proof of the damage before we can offer a resolution.
