At Vapor Range, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.
However, due to the nature of electronic cigarettes and electronic cigarette accessories, problems can arise.
If you need help in diagnosing a problem or possibly troubleshooting a product, feel free to give us a call.
If you receive an item which is Dead On Arrival (DOA) or has manufacturing defects, you must request for an RMA within 30 days of its purchase from us.
If an item received is found DOA or has manufacturing defects past this 30 day period, you must contact the manufacturer for assistance.
Due to the nature of the following products, they will not be accepted for returns unless in the instance that they are brand new out of the box defective:
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES OUTSIDE THE ABOVE CIRCUMSTANCES.
An RMA number must be obtained from Vapor Range prior to the return of any merchandise.

The RMA form must be filled out and signed in its entirety to ensure there are no delays to receiving an RMA number.

We will under no circumstances accept returns on packages without an RMA number.
RMA NUMBERS MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX/PACKAGING THE MERCHANDISE IS BEING SHIPPED IN.
IF PERSONNEL IN OUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT CANNOT EASILY READ (FIND) THE RMA#, THE MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
Shipping of all RMAs from the customer to Vapor Range is at customer expense.
We will not make any exchanges until the original contents of the item is returned to us.
CONDITION OF MERCHANDISE BEING RETURNED:
Product must have been purchased (date on invoice) within 30 days of requesting this RMA.
Product must have been dead on arrival (DOA) or defective upon arrival.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT USED ITEMS as this indicates that it was not DOA.
Product must be returned in original packaging with all literature.
Product must be returned with all accessories (i.e.: tanks, glass replacements, chargers etc.).
Product itself must be in perfect condition (i.e.: no scratches, no signs of wear and tear etc.).
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:
If you receive something that's incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, we will remedy the situation and cover postage costs for replacements. Understand, if we make a mistake on a shipment that we will pay for shipping back to our facility. We will send you a pre paid postage to your email to return your product that was shipped incorrectly. Once we receive the wrong item shipped we will ship the correct product to you. We can not send your product until we receive the wrong product. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SHIP ANY PRODUCT OUT BEFORE WE RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED. Unfortunately, we have been taken advantage of our leniency in returning products and it messes it up for all the great customers that we have at Vapor Range!
